We’ve been assembling AndyMark’s climber in a box, and the motor shaft (for the spool/winch) that came with it seems to fall short of the distance it’s supposed to cover. The instructions are a bit vague and I was wondering if we’re doing this wrong?
You need to order the 2 inch shaft.
