Climbing robot system

I found this on internet, i want know what did you think about that. Limitations, difficulties to do, etc.

The biggest problem I see is bumpers being in the way up front sliding up. But you could probably get those front forks/guides to drop down in front of your bumper somehow (pneumatic actuation maybe?). If you can get that figured out, then that seems like a pretty workable design. It would take a bit of rework with the weight and geometry differences, but shouldn’t be overly complicated.

We have been looking very closely at that as well. Going to need a way to get those front slides in front of your bumper, but otherwise it looks like it might work – time to prototype :slight_smile:
