I AM WORKING WITH THE RC OF 2005.

WILL THE CAMERA WORK WITH IT???

and another question I have downloaded the Version 2.1 of the “bells and whistles” to the RC and in THE IFI LOADER THE “COM1 TERMINAL WINDOW (baud rate = 115200)”
is empty and nothing happened.

what is the problem ???

Yes, the camera works fine with the 2005 Robot Controller.

If you’re getting absolutely nothing in the terminal window after connecting to the program port of the RC, perhaps the program is not running. The master processor doesn’t let the user processor start until communication has been established between the RC and the OI. Do you have them tethered or connected by the radio modems?

Well, there’s your problem. You must have the RC and OI connected and talking to each other in order for the program to run.

Set your team number to 0000. This will run autonomous mode ALL OF THE TIME. So, write your test code in the autonomous function.

By the way, the shift key is your friend. Please don’t use all caps.

do I need to calibrate my camera if I am using the kevin’s code??

No, Kevin’s code comes with pre-calibrated values to read the green light. If you cannot see the green light, you have another problem to solve, first.
