Technically speaking I cannot endorse such a profound statement without the facts to back it up. If you do not release your papers stating explicitly how and why such a policy should be implemented, then I shall reconsider my evaluation of your mangos. A more in-depth analysis may be needed. I have a hack for the original Sid Meyers Civilization that will give full nuclear weapons in 2 turns. Your simulated civilization can’t: read, write or bang metal into shape but they can destroy all life in the simulation.
