We have had some parts buying issues this year. We seem to have missed a critical part of our robot and its now out of stock for the season.

Do you have any manufacturing resources? With even a 3D printer you could potentially make a functional hub, depending on width, as long as you get the press fit strong enough.
If you just need a single one, my team has a spare we could part with.
