Combat robot cad help

I am currently making a budget combat robot by using the leftover parts from my current combat robot and it will be competing in the January 20th, 2024 new bots only NHRL event with it (this is my 4th and here is my most recent bots wiki page EMOTIONAL DREAM - NHRL)

this is how far along i am with the budget desine {photo 2} (both are missing the ears that extend above the weapon mounts that are part of the weapon mounts that make the weapon not touch the ground when they are flipped, see below photo or photo 3)

the v1 weapon mounts are cnc alumimun but they slowly bent from impacts
the budget desine will have uhmw mounts because i dont have access to the cnc rn and uhmw can be manufactured with wood tools and i have the uhmw rn

I will also be using a ~1/8th in aluminm plate with lots of small holes drilled in it for weight because my carbon kevlar is too damaged in the screw holes (will be prototyping with a 1/16 uhmw becase i have it mostly done)

the weapon is my 2 ar600 blades and my old ar500 blade in the center for protection for horazonle spinners (spin on a vertical axis) will be on a tpu hub with 100% infill and the printer will print it vericly with a tall thin pole at the same time so i can pause the pint and put the weapon on the hub mid print, i will have only one hub but it is tpu so it will be fine.

i will be also using longer (for the wider weapon) a hardened shaft and roller bearings from a previous robot because i have more of those, this works because i am getting a new shaft so i can get one that is slightly different diameter.

i am using a proven drive set up (the ssp kit drive setup but modified) and moving the motors slight back for improved reliability/inverability, slightly more space inside of the bot and as a test for v1 (SSP Combat Robot Kit)
This drive setup uses dartbox v2 22.5/1 gear reduction with n20 sized viper motors (have not ordered yet for a different bot, currently have some non dartbox v2 gearboxes that are 25/1 and somehow fit onto the n20 sized viper motors mounting holes or some HR dartbox v2 aka 105/1 reduction and was used on v1 but was too slow)

i am using a budget duel 15a brushed drive esc (that is its name) with 2 spares (budget and skorpion CL duel 15a brushed esc)

i will be switching back to a fs2a rx because of size/weight (they are kinda dum and harder to work with but i cant use the bigger/smarter fs-ia6b)

the side rails, the drive mounts, the side rails and the things the side rails are mounted to are all tpu

the weapon motor is the FLASH HOBBY 3536 RC Brushless Outrunner Motor 1000kv with a Flycolor X-Cross BLHeli_32 50A

please tell me if i am leaving any importent information out i will try to reply with it or something

I would recommend joining the NHRL discord, but I cant see anything particularly wrong here.

i am currently in the discord but i was getting some more information from other sources.
Thanks FInIce!

i fixed the weapon pulley, side armor/fork mount and fork mounting bolt access.

I updated it some more and now the weapon motor is 2 2208 (2628) 1000kv breathless out runners because then I save 25$. this is because I already have many 35a and 40a escs and these can be run with them.
I have not yet added a to scale belt so it is just on the motors without pulleys
now i am spending that on a g10 (FR4? idk I think it is the same thing) bottom plate. I am still trimming my used 3mm carbon kevlar top armor for this desine because it does not work on v1.

forgot to include the shot of the bottom armor

(will make some edits to the back part of the bottom armor for better support and durability)

I also still need to do much pocketing

I will edit this later but i am at school rn. I removed the center weapon due to weight and am still pocketing everything for weight because the robots weapon was 1.5lb (too much). i also need to make the belts more realistic (right lanth). plus i am fixing a scrap beater bar and cant buy anything till x-miss.

adding wedge attachment and fixed belts plus did pocketing
need to fix attachment points and in the first photo you can see the chassis stick out the back on the bottom, might change to help with self wrighing/weight

(forgot to edit the last thing and dont know what to put so just posting this)

currently the wedge is not mounted on the robot, only the wedge mount is mounted on the robot

you can see it mounted to v1 in this fight (missing the tpu spacer in between the Ti wedges so it bent easier)

fixed small things

  1. difrent configs are now difrent chassis for weight
  2. wepon motor mount holes are moved 45 deg so only 3 screws screw in (before it was 2 and 2 that bacialy did not funtion)
  3. ti wedge is not 0.8mm ti then 1mm tpu the 1.6mm ti becase the 0.8mm ti and tpu are ablative and wont last agesnt better horizonltes
  4. fixed 2 small things on drive motor mounts. 1. added clamping screw holes and recessed them (no photo cuz error saving so i will redo soon), 2. added belt protecters becase i could (is not on original ssp cuz cnc has limits and im doing 3d print+cf).
  5. went from x2 2208 (2628) 1000kv to x1 2208 (2628) 1000kv and x1 2208 1000kv just cuz custom brushless drive motor (2306.5 1000kV Just 'Cuz Edition Brushless Motor – Just 'Cuz Robotics) first motor : (https://www.amazon.com/HobbyStar-Brushless-Outrunner-1000KV-Aircraft/dp/B075KQ4CMS)

currently ording parts for chirstmiss ad birthday (soon!)

edit:looks wierd cuz f360 updated
