Come one, come all to NHTechFest

Just a reminder to all, that this saturday nov 14th from 9-3, team 241 is hosting NHTechfest at pinkerton academy. This event is free to the public and a great way to see all sorts of awesome career paths in the STEM fields.

"NH TechFest '09 will be an all-day extravaganza of enlightening science and technology demonstrations, hands-on activities, and overall cool experiences. We are inviting all middle and high school students and their parents to join us in a day of discovery and learning in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Along with multiple interactive mini-workshops, there will be displays and demonstrations of the latest developments in science and technology including robotics, industrial machines, safety devices, and research equipment. Many scientific and technical organizations will also be on hand to educate students and parents about educational and career opportunities.

Music, games, and entertaining lectures will also be offered. The main event will be an apple-tossing Trebuchet contest, featuring teams of middle and high school students from throughout New England."

talon robots - demonstrated and allowed for public opperation

this event is geared for kids in 6th to 12th grade but people from all ages can come. Free event, tons of food and fun

well the other one broke down to a technical discussion about a certain aspect of it and this one was about spectator advertising, but i can see where it seems repetitive, my apologizes, we are just worried about the attendance of specters, it shan’t happen again
