The webteam here at the Team237.com labs have been hard at work all summer to bring you the newest breakthrough in web design.
We have revamped the site, added spiffy new features, and kept some good things and gotten rid of the not so good…

this is the sort of stuff our team should be doing as well … hey Stephen if you read this … can’t we do something? Not the same of course we won’t steal your ideas!!

looks great. But one thing i noticed is that on the flash promo, it seems like part of it was cut off (one screen where is showed text it was cut off on the right)
Actually this brings up a good point.
The latest version of flash is 7 I think. We made our flash stuff in ver. 6. Is this ok? How far of a version should you go back to be fully compatible with most people?
Any web designers have any tips?
I’ll wait till the final version to say anything, since there is a huge difference between a flash sneek peak and a final 100% done version.
It was supposed to look like that… It’s a preview. (hence screen shots of the screens and not the whole screens) 
Perfectly understandable… We just wanted to let everyone know a new site design was coming soon.
Looks intriguing… some of the graphics look a little too stretched and pixelated, though.
You mean the arrow at the start button, the start button itself, and the web design award image??
Yeah, that was just done in a hurry for the promo…
The regular site will have a regular sized web award like the one HERE.
hey all i created the promo…the reason i made it large and pixelated was just because its a promo and it kinda adds a cool effect to it…dont worry the real buttons are small and mint! also elgin i made the flash for Flash 5 but you are right the most recent flash player is 7 so any hardcore web site people you should upgrade…all flash on the site will be playable on flash player 4 and up though so dont worry. :ahh: add some more thoughts on the promo woohooo
also 2 new features are… the forums and the photo gallery and many more things in the design also.
