Components connected over CAN not being seen by Rio WebViewer

Hello!
While trying to configure and update components for this year, we have run into a problem. We have everything wired correctly according to these two websites:

Whenever we go into the rio webviewer, the site does not register anything connected over CAN.

What makes the situation more frustrating is that we can go onto last years robot and it wont work their either.

Any tips?

To see CAN Devices in the roboRIO Dashboard, you have to install the CTRE Phoenix onto your PC and then use the Lifeboat Manager to install it to your roboRIO.
