Composite bot 42:1 and shooter update

First mainly due to my “motors available” situation and to make it moveable in elevation with just 1 PG motor I replaced the 2 motors in the front with just 1 CIM in the back and made it belt drive - so the center of gravity moved back and the weight reduced by 1 motor (about 3lb or so)

Motor is mounted directly to a HTD5/gear pulley and then the gear meshes with the HTD5/gear combo next to it with some 688 bearings. the assembly is on a slide so that allows changing the pulley in the front to be replaced with a different one to change gear ratio in case that is necessary due to efficiency and power transfer issues to the ball (potentially). The pulley in the front has holes/mounts to mount 5/16 bolts and nuts to give it more mass as a fly wheel.

The climber will be powered by 2 gearboxes with different gearing one 42:1 to do the pulling up and down and one by a 22:1 to move the hook back and forth to go from rung to rung. As the input is bevel and the gears 3dp it would not be too difficult to put 2 or 3 motors on the input but this is with 1 (again due to motors at hand) in which case the reduction could be changed and the climbing made faster
