There was not a single aborted match at the Pittsburgh regional this weekend. The all-too-familiar foghorn sound was played exactly once, during field testing before the practice rounds on Thursday. The referees, the field operator, the IFI representative, and the designers of the field control software all did an excellent job to ensure that this was the smoothest event I’ve ever attended. Thank you and congratulations.
EDIT I knew if I tried to thank everyone involved that I’d manage to leave someone out. Thank you also to our awesome FTA.
