Jacob really is awesome. My team got to meet him when he was the FTA at the Oklahoma regional. I can say that he was one of if not the best FTAs that I have ever experienced.He did everything he could for the teams in Oklahoma from staying late to help with field connectivity to being extremely helpful with any issues we had .

Jacob is one of the best FTAs I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and such an incredibly dedicated volunteer to FIRST. His patience and willingness to not only work with teams to get them on and connected to the field but to teach them how to succeed next time are traits that every FTA should strive for. We’re very lucky to have him. Congrats again Jacob!
Congratulations Jacob! My favorite memory of him is from the CT Regional back in 2011. After the end of a match there was a robot that, although it was disabled, continued to drive around and around in a circle. Jacob, wearing his cowboy hat of course, entered the field, watched it spinning, and then pounced onto it and hit the main breaker! It was entertaining to say the least.
