Those final matches were easily the greatest matches of the season. Huge congratulations to both alliances! It’s also interesting that 254 wins the Championship every 3 years. They first won 2011, then they won in 2014, and now 2017. Going by the pattern they should win their fourth Championship in 2020.

Nothing is more clutch than pulling out the 2-rotor autonomous in Einstein Finals 2 to make up for getting outshot by 17 points of fuel. Everyone’s shooting was amazing—129 kPa combined in the match. 1089 points. Instant classic. I wish I could have been there.
They did have two rotors in round robin match 11, and every division playoff match but finals 1 and quarters 1, per TBA. It was the best match I watched in person all year, and I am thrilled I got to see it in person! I’m kind of at a loss for words on describing how epic that was.
With the only two >1000 champion captains being 1114 and 1241, they are they youngest BY FAR.
Man, I thought I checked this with TBA. Apparently I can’t read or I was looking at something wrong. Still a very impressive performance.

I was beaming with pride when Stryke Force took the win. Way to represent Southwest Michigan! Working with your team when I was on 2959 as a student was an amazing experience. I’ll never forget when our roboRio failed and you guys won a qualifier for us, and then your drive coach came to hug me and tell me the news. You guys are a class act. Thanks for bringing the Championship to the west side 
Stryke Force is amazing. I’m so happy we got to play with them this weekend.
Congrats to everyone! Wasn’t able to watch live but it looked like some fantastic matches. And to 254 - can’t wait to see everyone at Chezy Champs in a few months.
