Congratulations to the students that built a robot that worked well enough to play the game, who struggled with inadequate resources, inexperienced mentors and limited support to bring the result of their blood, toil and sweat to the competition. Here’s to the average teams that no one ever talks about on Delphi. Here’s to ALL the robot builders of FIRST.

Heres to the teams who year after year are there competing. The teams that struggle just to find money for the registration fees. To the teams that despite this effort are never recognized for their efforts.

Love this thread as I have been meaning to start it. I know of some specific teams who do struggle to raise money but still compete at the highest level at competitions despite moetary disadvantages. Here’s to you guys…the real future.
