connecting sensors

i’ve been having difficulties connecting all the new sensors (GTS DAA YRG)
can anyone help me? because the manuals aren’t clear enough.
thanks…

here is the gear tooth sensor wiring, hopefully someone else will check this to see if I have it right.

You have the Gear Tooth sensor right

You need to solder in your own wires. I would recommend using your PWM cables, as they work perfectly. Assuming you’re going to use your gear tooth sensors that needs 12V. Cut one of your long 36" PWM cables in half if you want to use a compressor as well (that way you can have your female end to plug into the RC later) and take the male end, plug it into the board taking note of how you want to mount it because the cable will stick out pretty far. You will also need to plug in another PWM cable, but keep this one intact. After plugging in 1 complete PWM in and 1 that is cut in half into the GTS board, cut and bend the contacts. (I cut the pins down to size to avoid shorting, and I used some needle nose pliers and bent the pins toward the outside to make it easier to solder). When soldering, make sure you do not connect any of the pins together, or else you may release magic smoke.

Some other thoughts. When wiring it up, you will need another fuse, as the gauge of the PWM cables does not satisfy the rules on the gauge of wire that must be used with a 20AMP circuit breaker. I went to Radioshack and bought a 5x20mm inline fuse holder and purchased fast acting 3/4AMP fuses for all of our sensors.

Also, make sure you plug in the **complete **PWM cable into the holes marked G +5 S and not the one that says G +12v.

Good luck.

Can you show how you attached the inline fuse holder to the fuse box?
