Contest! Imortalize your team number in the next big video game!

One of our sponsors, Hi-Rez Studios, maker of the upcoming computer game Global Agenda, is sponsoring a contest. Visit this page on our Website to register. Anyone can enter to try and win Beta keys to play the first release of the game! There will be multiple winners of Beta keys.

For FIRST Robotics teams, you could win a chance to have your team immortalized by having it identified in the game! The team with the most team numbers registered could win that chance! For example, you could be “Area 1771”, and so on. (But you don’t have to be on a robotics team to enter.)

This contest is not available anywhere else, only via this entry form!

Pass it along to your friends, and you may get a chance to play one of the coolest games you’ve ever seen! Our robotics team has done some alpha testing, and we’re proud to be know as the “Global Agenda Gamers”.

The team went to the studios a couple of weeks ago and played the game. I have to say that it is the coolest game I have ever seen, and looks to be an instant success when it is released! Be sure to sign up, you might snag a beta key!

So THAT’S what your new TBA team name referred to. Pretty cool.

I really like how this game looks. I had a similar idea back when I was playing both Halo and WoW pretty regularly. Ever since then, I’ve been waiting and hoping for someone to develop an MMOFPS. I’m interested to see how the social environment lays out.
Its always a cool sociology experiment playing new MMO’s because every little rule in the game can have all kinds of weird unintended effects on the player community. I guess it isn’t that much different from FIRST, when I think about it that way. Well, i guess that explains my addiction to FIRST :stuck_out_tongue:

It really is the coolest game! The guy who owns the company cares about nothing else other than making the greatest game possible. Should be out later this year, and some lucky souls will get to beta test it! My brother has been an alpha tester for a while, he’s hooked. Sign up for the beta contest, we’re not selling the names or anything else, just sharing a cool game with the core target audience!

The contest is still running. Come by our pit on Curie and enter, we will have a computer set up for entering. Or, just click the link above and enter now!

It’s predicted to be the most watch and looked for game in 2009. It’s wicked awesome and I can’t wait for it to be released.

What are the “enter initials” at the accept contract page?

that game looks awesome…
i wanna be the medic.

too bad tho you have to pay to play :

The only reason a company makes a great game is to make a profit. Do you expect any company to invest millions of dollars creating a game, only to give it away free? That’s like saying Ferrari makes a fantastic sports car, too bad you have to pay for it to drive it.:o

Now if we could just convince ferrari to give away a free car…

Seriously this game is pretty incredible and Hi-Rez studio is a great group of people. I think paying to play the game will definitely be worth it for serious gamers.

Yeah, but it still needs to be free software.

Really though, it looks like a good game, but I’m not interested. These kind of games just fail to hold may attention. Too slow paced.
