Control panel from under the trench

Hi. I posted something similar earlier. What are your teams using as the color wheel spinning mechanism? We’d like to spin from under the trench, but would prefer not to use any pneumatics. Any ideas?

Take a look at the Linear Servo Actuator’s on Andymark. They come in 2" and 5.5" throw and a choice of two gearings. If you want linear travel without pneumatics for something not too heavy.

3468 used one last year to raise and lower the “claw” of our ball mechanism. It worked well, but you do need to set the servo pwm bounds properly in your code, and I recommend using the Servo Power Module from REV.

Last I checked, the Control Panel has a Plexiglass panel under the disc, in a way that you can see the color from under it, but I doubt you can spin the disc.
Another option is placing the sensor below, but spinning the disc from the side.

There’s a very small sliver of Control Panel exposed on the edges, but probably not enough to actually do much with.
