I am a little confused on the ruling for control panel scoring. Just to make sure I am understanding this correctly, you cannot just do the control panel alone right? Also, to complete stage 2 do you need 20 individual power cells or is it 20 points scored by power cells?

Hi, putting the words Control Panel in the search and then sorting newest first will get you this link about 5 from the top.
