Our Robot is Not Running Full Speed. We Don’t Know If Is The Jaguars Or The Programming. Except One Wheel, the other wheels are going a jerking motion

Full power on the Digital sidecar (3 power LED all bright green).
Any Diagnostic messages on the Driver station Diagnostics tab?
What are the multitude of status lights spread all over the robot doing?

What programming language are you using? What modifications have you made to the default code?
