CORAL scoring criteria

Section 6.5.1 has requirements for CORAL to be scored:

A CORAL is scored in the trough (L1) of the REEF if it is not in contact with a ROBOT and

And

A CORAL is scored on L2-L4 BRANCH if the BRANCH is inside the volume of the CORAL and the CORAL is not in contact with a ROBOT or an ALGAE. Only 1 CORAL can be scored per BRANCH.

Shouldn’t that be “not in contact with a ROBOT on that ALLIANCE”? Why would it not count if an opponent ROBOT was touching it?

I think G410 this covers it?

G410 No de-scoring. A ROBOT may not de-score a CORAL scored on the opponent’s REEF.
Violation: MAJOR FOUL per de-scored CORAL and the opposing ALLIANCE is awarded the CORAL RP.

Major per coral + RP seems like more than enough?

Caveat; On a technicality it’s in the favor of the offending robot if they’re only touching L4 Auto scored Corals & the RP was already earned.
