Hello. I’m trying to image our robot with the instructions here. When running the configuration utility as admin and with the selected ethernet interface, I get “Bridge configuration failed: Could not locate bridge”. Here’s what I’ve tried:
Disabling all other network interfaces
Installing nmap 1.6.0 as suggested by the docs
The laptop is connected to the ethernet port closest to the bridge’s power port.
This sounds as though you are doing the right things. If you need to update the firmware, it does require power cycling the radio, at the right point in the process. I often get things going with the radio off and apply power once the text about power cycling the radio comes up.
