cRIO Flashing Error

Hello,
Our team is attempting to flash a new firmware on the 8-Slot cRio with the windriver setting. When flashing the cRio imager software hangs at the reboot of the cRio. When it hangs, the status light blinks twice every two seconds. This shows the the cRIO does not have an OS.
I have tried:
Made sure my computers IP and Default gateway connections are correct
Put the cRIO in both safe and regular mode
Tried with both direct connection(Straight from my computers ethernet port to the cRIO’s 1st port) and throught the supplied ethernet switch
Disabled Windows Firewall and my AVG anti-virus
I have no DNS server defined on my computer. I cannot connect to the cRIO to see if it has a DNS server defined
Pinging the given IP from the reimaging program results in a "PING:transmit failed. General Failure
Pinging the IP of what the cRIO is supposed to be results in a ping timeout

My computer is a 64 bit Intel i5 Windows 7.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Restart the cRIO with the IP Reset DIP Switch turned on.

Carefully check the advanced network settings on your computer, and make sure you don’t somehow have two IP addresses set on the network adapter.

Try unchecking IPV6 on the network adapter you are using. Keep IPV4 enabled.

This has been attempted. When flashing, the cRIO imager returns an error stating that this switch must be turned off.

The others I will try to do. Thanks for all of the input!

I have tried all of the suggestions I have received. Is there anyone in the Ohio Area I could possibly call to help troubleshoot this?

Finally found the issue. I did indeed have two IPs on my PC. Forgot to hit the advanced button. Thanks for all the help!

Thanks for confirming that. Let’s hope this thread helps others experiencing the same problem.
