CTRE CanCoders - Three Different Revisions and Firmware Questions

I have a questions about CTRE CanCoders.

It appears there are three hardware versions.
Cancoder (Original) 2019
Cancoder version H
Cancoder version K

I just downloaded this from CTRE website.

Does this mean that the Original 2019 Cancoder can not be used for Phoenix 6 or any libraries that used Phoenix 6? Or was this an oversight in the firmware files?

Futhermore, I just placed a new order with CTRE Electronics, and the first one we opened was an OLD 2019 model, which we can not upgrade.

We placed a new order hoping to get new revisions, however was shipped OLD ones, and we are unable to STILL resolve this problem. We have one that is not like the others… Which can’t be updated to Phoenix 6.

Is this correct?

In this thread you say you’re using Tuner X but show a Tuner v1 screenshot, so it’s not clear you are using Tuner X.
