CTRE Mag Encoders and am-3009 swerve module

Hi all -
We’re considering developing swerve in the off-season using the am-3009 swerve and steer module, and I am looking for an absolute position encoder for the turn motor. The am-3009 listing suggests using the MA3 Absolute encoder, but we use Talon SRXs for our controllers, so it looks like the best choice might be the CTRE Mag Encoder operating in absolute mode (I know its absolute for only one revolution, that is all we need for the turn position).

Anyone use this combination? Are they compatible?

The challenge would be mounting the SRX mag encoder on the module. If you are able to come up with a reliable way of mounting an encoder, there should be no reason why you couldn’t use that encoder. Good luck!
