What is the current of CAN protocol in frc?

It’s measured in mA, so almost any common gauge of wire should be good.

And for PCB trace width?

The easy answer is 10 mils, but you haven’t told us the copper weight you’re using.

With 2 ounce copper you can go to the minimum your board house can reliably handle. In general, the heavier the copper, the wider their minimum width will be before they have etching problems.
