I have written a custom dashboard program in LabVIEW for the 2001 competition. I was wondering how many people are already planning to use dashboard programs in the player stations, and how many would be interested in a more attractive graphical user interface including count down timer and battery meter? I have written one for our team that has an animated robot that reacts to the sensors, but I could also post a more generic version if enough teams are interested? Hopefully I will have it posted by the end of the week. It works great, but I still need to create a distribution kit.

I would be interested to have the program/source code if possible. We are still determining if we are going to use the Dashboard but I would love to take a look and see how we can get it to be helpful. Thanks.

We would really love to see a custom dashboard program. Wheather we use it or not we don’t know but we still could take a look at it and figure out if it could help us.

Ok, due to interest I am posting the custom code for starterr. Anyone using LabVIEW can use the code and adapt it to your needs. I will publish an .EXE file for those of you without LabVIEW in the next few days. Email me with any questions. crossmanej@hotmail.com
