DC motor speed control

How do you program a 12V 15A DC Motor Speed Control PWM HHO RC Controller and can you program it with the program for the Nxt brain?

I have no idea, but just fyi you can’t use that motor controller on the minibot…

Because it is not an allowed component under Rule <R92>.
