I keep trying to put our Dean’s List nominee’s picture in the submission form and it keeps coming up squashed and distorted. Anyone know what size they are looking for or what aspect ratio they are looking for?
Thank you.

Tom, I’ve noticed that too… but what we see on the website is just a fixed-size “preview” photo. Unless you hit the fixed dimensions exactly, it’ll look distorted there even though there’s nothing wrong with the file sitting on their server. I would presume they print/display the photos at the dimensions they’re uploaded, or have someone do some manual cropping/resizing to get it to fit whatever media they plan to use them in.
I believe all award submission photos should be 4 x 3 inches, and 100 dpi. We put ours in a Photoshop file with these settings, and that prevents any distortion after submitting.
