Dean's List submission confusions

Hi there. I’m from FRC#7636 which is a newly established team. We are willing to submit a Dean’s list nomination this year for two students, but we are confused about the following points:

We would like to nominate two student leaders from our team, which is the CEO and the Team leader. But we don’t know if we should write a single essay including two students or if we have to write two essays, each for one of them.

another thing we found it confusing is, what are the difference between District team and non-district teams?

It should be two separate nominations that are entered by a mentor through the firstinspires.org dashboard for the team. Once the first entry is started, the option for the second student nominee will follow. District stuff isn’t important as it looks like your team is competing in the regional system. Your team can nominate two students to interview for the award at one of the regionals you attend.
