Dean's Photomosaic

I just wanted to spin this off so it would be easier to discuss mainly photomosaic stuff in ONE thread. Since one of the ideas for a photomosaic of robots came up as Dean’s gift, perhaps we should research all available options. So far I’ve only seen 64x64 tile resolution, when if that were turned into 150 DPI res for printing, it would only be a .43 inch tile, or at 300 DPI for better quality it would reach .21 inches. That makes me wonder if you would be able to see the robots okay. I can always test it. But here is a page with other mosaic programs:

I downloaded a small library of robot pics from the CD gallery, and since the MosaicMagic prog doesnt allow for printing, I’ll have to do a bit O’ the ol print screen an paste… lessee if that works…

I am really being turned towards this mosaic idea for Dean. Its economical, a good way of showing his dedication to this program and cool.
