Si Se Puede Foundation’s Desert WAVE, Women in autonomous Vehicle Engineering, are putting the Autonomous Underwater Vehicle, Dragion, through its paces in a small backyard pool in preparation for the Robosub Competition in Sand Diego in a couple of weeks. Video here show a much scaled down version of the mission run they are planning on doing at the comepetition. The comepetition is held at the Point Loma Naval base and the pool is called Transdec. The tether is for code development and testing, actual run must be tetherless.
