Hello All;

I’d like to offer up one suggestion for something all our 'bot’s should have.

Someplace on at least one end of the machine, we should all place a “handle” that is the equivalent of the rail on the goal and the stretcher. This way, should any of our machines become disabled during a match, our partner will be able to pull us over the ramp and into the end zone.

Since FIRST has kindly provided a “standard” interface for the goal and stretcher (or so it would seem from the prints, we’ll know for certain when we build it), it makes sense to continue the concept.

We thought of this also. We figure the stretcher is goin to be very hard to push/pull. It might be nice if 2 robots could attach themselves to each other to push/pull it.
