Desmos Trajectory Calculator For A Shooter With An Adjustable Hood

link: Graphing Calculator

I’ve made a small calculator in Desmos, to calculate the angle [deg] and exit velocity [m/s] needed to hit the middle of the upper hub from a specified distance [m] , height [m] and angle [degrees].

“a”: shooting angle needed.
“v”: exit velocity needed.
“S”: the angle you want to hit the target in.
“d”: specified distance between the shooter and the middle of the upper hub at any time.
“H”: height difference between the shooter and the upper hub.

This is great! Thank you for sharing. Is there a way to keep the velocity constant for teams who want to simulate shot angles from different distances without varying the flywheel speed?
