How can you all sit back while the chemical popularly known as DHMO kills us all,

Dihydrogen monoxide is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and kills uncounted thousands of people every year.
What are the dangers of Dihydrogen Monoxide?
Most of these deaths are caused by accidental inhalation of DHMO, but the dangers of dihydrogen monoxide do not end there. Prolonged exposure to its solid form causes severe tissue damage. Symptoms of DHMO ingestion can include excessive sweating and urination, and possibly a bloated feeling, nausea, vomiting and body electrolyte imbalance. For those who have become dependent, DHMO withdrawal means certain death.

Dihydrogen monoxide facts:

is also known as hydric acid, and is the major component of acid rain.
contributes to the Greenhouse Effect.
may cause severe burns.
contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.
accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.
may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.
has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.

Despite the danger, dihydrogen monoxide is often used:

as an industrial solvent and coolant.
in nuclear power plants.
in the production of styrofoam.
as a fire retardant.
in many forms of cruel animal research.
in the distribution of pesticides. Even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.
as an additive in certain junk-foods and other food products.
cigars and cigaretts have this in them.
it can even be found in our own schools!!

The American government has refused to ban the production, distribution, or use of this damaging chemical due to its importance to the economic health of this nation. In fact, the navy and other military organizations are conducting experiments with DHMO, and designing multi-billion dollar devices to control and utilize it during warfare situations. Hundreds of military research facilities receive tons of it through a highly sophisticated underground distribution network. Many store large quantities for later use

Contamination is reaching epidemic proportions!
Quantities of dihydrogen monoxide have been found in almost every stream, lake, and reservoir in America today. But the pollution is global, and the contaminant has even been found in Antarctic ice. In the midwest alone DHMO has caused millions of dollars of property damage.

The point of this thread is to gain support from those I know will make the right choice and ban this horrible chemical, for those who know about this already do not respond as I am trying to point something out to all of you and maybe learn a lesson (you can pm me).

thank you

I’m sorry but I can’t resist saying it

Quote from Cartman the great: dam tree huggin’ hippies!

Update, I just discovered that DHMO was present in the pits at the nats last year in one form or another, mostly in the plastic floor that was down, I need to do more looking into this, e-mail those responcible to get them to get rid of everything containing DHMO!!!

Dont you care about your health!!! Some one help me here to get rid of DHMO!!!

I have so far always found dihydrogen monoxide, also called hydrogen hydroxide or water, useful and it is my favourite drink. I don’t think you’ll ever be able to ban it, because it will make you die a painful dead…

Ha ha! I got this in my e-mail. Funny!

Yes, I was trying to make a point to the people on this board hence the “do not reply if you know about this” at the end of my message  . The point of this was to show how people react to things when they do not have all the information, such as many a arguement on these boards about cheating and such, also about thee news and how thay try to sensationalize the little they know, but I guess I can’t do this now.
So, when you come across such a thing try to remember as a responcible person not to pass judgement about anything before you know the facts and do not believe all you here. This is a major flaw in humanity, making choices and decisions to soon and also passing judgement on something before you know much about it and ALWAYS include all of your facts if you want to present something that can be decided on.
… if you get some nut saying things anywhere and you know that the whole truth is not shown, ignore them, attention is what they want and they should not be dignified with any of your time - this goes for anything, make sure you make a choice only when you know all the facts or anyone can make anything they want up and do the dammage even if they are not right.

Sorry, I did not read the part about the response… I did not get a lot of sleep and must have missed it; sorry!
