We are a team from Ontario, Canada and are trying to use the Kit of Parts DigiKey voucher. Opening FIRST® Robotics Competition | DigiKey in a private window (where we have not selected our location) goes to the voucher page. However, switching to Canada results in a 404 (address not found).
We would like to use the voucher on DigiKey.ca. Any teams have experience with this? Anyone we can reach out to at DigiKey?
Haven’t done it yet this year, but I’m pretty sure I place the order at the .com annually.
It feels like a manual process on their end. The checkout displays one price and the credit card statement shows the corrected number after someone has applied the credit.
Maybe FIRST Robotics Canada could publish a 1 page “How and where to redeem this year’s kit vouchers as a Canadian team”.

Ontario team here. Fairly certain you have to use the American website. That’s how I use the voucher each year (I recall having issues trying to use it on the canadian site in past seasons)
I just went through this a couple of days ago. This is correct - you need to stay on digikey.com in order for it to work. Also, it seems that you can’t be logged into your existing account either or else the site gets confused, so it won’t show up in the order history there (although this might just be a quirk for Canadian accounts).
In any case, .com + a private window should work. You’ll be billed for taxes by FedEx when they import it to Canada, and will be contacted by them for payment before they release the package.
