Has anybody found the distance between the Outer Works and the edge of the tower as marked by “x” is in the figure?

While that value isn’t explicitly given in the manual, its easy to find by subtraction. If you can’t do that math then good luck building a robot.
As best I can tell, it is about 135". I took this based on the line you made and referenced the field at the nearest feature.
