Hey CD, I was wondering if anyone knows where to commercially buy direct drive adapters for a mini-CIM to 1/2in Hex shaft. We have made some in the past, but it is annoying.

I need this to span about 6 in. Any ideas on how to make that happen?

If you need 6", you might be better off boring into a stock piece

For the 6" span, your best bet would be to either buy an adapter and shaft coupler from Vex, or bore into stock directly and drill and tap a couple of holes for set screws. It’d be pretty difficult to broach something that small.
