Is it allowed to have a coach in your drive team but have another on the sidelines telling the drive team how the layout of the other side is? 
No, all coaches have to stay on their alliance’s side.
So there cant be anyone giving hand simgals to the coach from the side?
Nope, that would be an unfair advantage.
No communication is allowed between those inside the player station to those outside, besides refs.
