Distance from trench to PowerPort

Hello,
We are going to focus on creating automation of events today, and I am wondering if anyone knows the actual distance from the near end of the trench to the powerport on the ground. We have been looking at e drawings and the onshape files, and measuring them differs by a factor of 2x. We must be doing something wrong. Is it like 17’ or more like 25?

Roughly 19’ depending on where you launch from
