As build season draws near, I find myself on a side quest!

I’m one of the coaches for 321, and the Operations Manager at the Philadelphia Robotics Coalition. We’re currently a contracted vendor for our school district, and we run several formal coach training events, as well as provide ongoing support and instruction for coaches from Explore through FRC throughout the year. I know this isn’t super common, but I’ve heard of other teams and organizations doing this in the past.

I’m hoping to get in contact with anyone who has experience providing professional development services for any FIRST programs - FLL through FRC, or for similar programs. We’re looking to improve and expand our services (we don’t advertise at all right now!), and I’m sure there is someone out there with valuable experience that they can share.
