Does anyone in FRC 2025 see the max build height after starting config? I don't see it in the manual

I’m looking straight at the manual after just getting it today and I see a starting config height of 3’6" but I don’t see any other height rules.

So r105 says that 7.4.3 should have information on the build height but doesn’t?
