Is it true that the entire Ontario District gives out only one Rookie All-Star for the FOPC. That means that each regionals sends 1 guaranteed rookie team to DCMP while all of Ontario still sends only 1 Guaranteed Rookie. Please correct me if I’m wrong. If this is right, wouldn’t district’s be underrepresented?
Only Texas, Michigan, and Peachtree sends more than one RAS (all three send 2) from DCMP to CMP. All other districts send one.
All district events that have a rookie the judges feel worthy send one per event to DCMP.
Not sure exactly how this works but we got to States (MI) and Champs in 2015 on the back of RAS
I assumed all winners move on
