I can’t find it anywhere
I’m not sure anybody CADs bumpers much, other than a generic block. Particularly for an AM14U5, which has multiple configurations based on what the team wants to do.
So, what I would do is this: Take the diagram from R408, and use it as a master sketch to extrude the wood, cloth, and foam solids–or maybe a single solid that “holds everything”–for one side. Repeat on the other sides. Figure out R409 compliance and CAD that in.
I had made a model for trying to figure out the size and clearance for a note. As you said it’s just a single solid block 5 inches tall and 3.25 inches deep. Rounded corners for aesthetics
Are you basically looking for plans to make your bumpers? You’re probably not going to find CAD that will exactly fit your robot, but there are a huge number of threads on bumper mounting and construction as well as an official bumper guide.
If you’re looking for the minimum design work AndyMark has bumper mounting kits for the kit drivebase and installation instructions. Though they are not the fastest bumpers to swap, the seem to work pretty well. AM14U4/U5 2021 Bumper Brackets and Fasteners Kit - AndyMark, Inc
