Survey…

As an adult participant does your company give you any perks or bonuses for participating in FIRST (ie. monetary, extra vacation days, new cars!?, review time compenstation)? This question is not aimed at the obvious perks, such as slack to work on the team or travel accomodations.

Our engineers get the same (if not more sometimes) for the workload, and the few days off to go to competition.
