Double Solenoid

We are having problems with 3 of our double solenoids and I am trying to figure out if it is on the code end or if the double solenoids are bad. When I press the trigger to activate the solenoid the lights turn on but we do not get any action out of the piston. We can manually fire the piston. We are able to get one solenoid working so the my guess is the code is fine. When we activate the solenoid that works we here the clicking but the 3 others we tried will not click. Are the double solenoids prone to failure. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Check the voltage requirement for your solenoids 12v or 24v. It should be printed on the part where the wires connect.
Check the PCM jumper to see that it is set to the matching 12v or 24v.
