I think he means the leak occured in the solenoid that had to be assembled.
If I recall correctly, the valves were separate from the electronic bits, and two small screws and two rubber “mesh plates” were supplied in a little baggy.
There were no assembly instructions anywhere, but our team just tried putting the mesh between the valve and the electronics portion of the solenoid. With both rubber pieces in, it leaked air at 10 PSI. We took one of them out (the one that doesn’t have grooves to mesh) and left the other one in. We have yet to test this new set up yet.
I’m also curious to know if there are any assembly instructions for those solenoids.
