We’re a rookie team just trying to build the base drive chassis from the instructions provided. Have other designs working, but wanting to get started quickly. Based on instructions, the 0.570 in hex spacer should only go on the outside of the two center drive wheel shafts. Therefore, only two provided in the kit. After putting it together, the center wheel are very loose. Seems to be because no spacer on the inner side shaft. If both spacers are used on one wheel, that wheel is solid.
Am I doing something wrong? Or, do I need to order two more hex spacers?
The center wheels should have an aluminum hex hub screwed into one side of the wheel and the hex spacer pressed into the center of the other side of the wheel. The aluminum hub is what actually transfers torque from the shaft to the wheel; the spacer is just there on the other side to keep the wheel aligned.

That makes sense. I will try it tomorrow. Thanks for the quick reply.
