So recently I began using my Macbook Air to use Driver Station using a Windows Parallel. It has been working fine overall, however I keep encountering a bug where I try to change the team number in the Setup section by either clicking the text box or the drop down arrow and I can’t interact with Driver Station at all. The graphs and diagnostics still work fine but during this time I cannot click any buttons or change the team number. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a possible fix?
I encountered this problem over the weekend on a Windows 10 machine. I got the driver station to work after doing an un/reinstall.
This happens when an mDNS call doesn’t return. The times I’ve seen this in the past were due to firewall settings. I have also had reports that stopping the nimdnsResponder service can cause this if it is not running. I was unable to reproduce the issue.
