Driver Station (Version 23.1) does not detect joystick at all (Extreme 3D Pro) on windows 11

Hi,

I am trying to test my robot but Driver Station doesn’t detect the joystick at all. I tried to rescan, as recommended, the DS over and over again but I still have the same issue. Any help please.

Can the joystick be detected by anything other then driverstation?

1. On your keyboard, press Win (Windows button) + R
2. Type joy.cpl
3. See if the joystick shows up there

If it doesn’t, you can see if the manufacture offers windows drivers, otherwise it is not compatible. The issue being that the joystick does not report itself as Xinput or Dinput compliant.

What appears in the joystick list in the DS? Are there a bunch of greyed out joysticks? The DS has the ability to “lock” joystick slots. I think you can double-click to clear the lock?

I double-clicked and I can detect the joystick now. You were right.
