Is there anything prohibiting one robot from two contact points on the Generator Switch? I’ve seen similar questions but no clear answer that I can find.
I don’t think so. At the vary least, our teams whole plan is based on 2 contact points!
If you cannot find any rules against it, what you are proposing would be allowed.
Just to be clear, you are ok with multiple interaction points as long as they all are on the HANDLE since there are no rules limited the number. Interactions with other parts of the SWITCH may be judged G26 violations.
Currently I would say “touching” other parts of the SWITCH would be ok though I would like to see a clarification between “suspended from” and supported by. Specifically does applying force via touching the horizontal bar above the RUNG, to stabilize the ROBOT, violate G26.
